Once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically, which means it cannot be cancelled. If you are a registered customer, you can cancel any order within 30 minutes of placing it by going to the "My orders" section of your account. After this 30-minute period or if you checked out as a guest, you will still have the option of returning the package to us, as indicated in our Return Policy.

Pre-Order items are products from the most recent collection that can be reserved in advance within a limited timeframe. When purchasing a Pre-Order item, you will be among the first to reserve a product in your preferred style and size. The expected shipping date for Pre-Order items will be clearly noted on the product page. This date is only an estimate and is subject to change.
Please note, Pre-Ordered items are not guaranteed. If for any reason we are not able to fulfill your Pre-Order, we will refund you the full amount of the Pre-Order. You may always return an item or cancel your Pre-Order based on our online return policy, and you will only be charged at the time of shipment. Tracking information will be sent by email to you within 24-48 hours of your order being placed. To receive updates about your shipment progress enter your email on the tracking page. Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location via our tracking page.

Before the order ships, you can track its status in the My Account section of our website. If you checked out as a guest, please contact our Customer Service team.
Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. For security reasons, an adult signature is required for all deliveries. Please check the number of parcels you received and ensure they are not damaged. You must immediately report any damage and/or missing product/parcel on the delivery slip.
All orders are processed automatically, and we cannot shorten or extend shipping times. Please note that you cannot choose the date or time of delivery. Our carrier delivers packages Monday through Friday during business hours and will make two delivery attempts. If the second delivery attempt fails, your order will be returned to the sender. Once the order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address.
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, we recommend:

– Checking that the delivery address is correct
– In the case of a missed delivery, please contact the nominated courier service on the order tracking and/or missed delivery notice

At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled.
The delivery address of your order must match the location site in which you place your order. Orders made from a different location site than the delivery address will be automatically cancelled.

According to the traffic regulation, you can open a claim for damages with the carrier under certain conditions. On the day of delivery, you should accept the package with reservations and sign the receipt. Under the signature, you need to mention the reason, for ex: "damaged package", "crushed box", "open box", "wet box", etc...
You can thereafter proceed to open a claim with the carrier and also attach pictures of the damaged box to support your claim. If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Services team.
You have 30 days to carry out a return, provided that the item is eligible (see Return Conditions).
These are the steps you should follow:
1. Enter your email address and the order number on the dedicated page.
2. Select the product(s) you wish to return and select the reason for the return.
3. Make sure to return the items in their original packaging and in their original condition, unworn, with the tag(s) attached to the product(s).
4. Affix the return label to the parcel.

5. Take the parcel to your preferred drop-off location or visit there website to schedule a parcel collection.
Returns must be shipped from the same country to which they were delivered.
Upon reception, your return will be processed within 3 to 7 working days, and you will receive a confirmation email at that time. You can check the status of your return at any time in the My Account section. If your return does not meet the conditions stated above, we will send it back to you.
Please note that HOMOHEDONISM monitors the number of returns made by customers. A high number of returns in breach of our Terms & Conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your account on HOMOHEDONISM.com and to the cancellation of all future orders.
HOMOHEDONISM.com accepts product exchanges up to 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item is in its original condition & packaging, with all tags attached to the product. Your exchange must be postmarked within the 30-day window in order to be processed. For more information on product eligibility, please reference our return policy or the product page of the item(s) you are looking to exchange.
For online purchases, exchanges may be done on an item's size only by contacting Client Services.
If you have lost the return label, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you.
HOMOHEDONISM is not liable for merchandise returned using a method other than the return label.
For security reasons, your refund may only be credited to the same credit card used to place the order. We make every effort to process return credits as quickly as possible. However, please note that the time needed to process return credits can vary across banking institutions and may take as long as two weeks from receipt of your parcel.
If you used a prepaid card to settle your order, HOMOHEDONISM has no control over reimbursement, any fees incurred or payment processing time. These banking institutions reserve the right to process these transactions at their discretion. HOMOHEDONISM cannot accelerate the process. Please contact the institutions that issued your prepaid card to obtain further information or assistance.

Traditional retailers produce items before putting them up for sale, so they’re always manufactured in bulk to save money. In contrast, HOMOHEDONISM only makes products when an order is placed, limiting our stock to items that already have a buyer. This lets us avoid the overproduction that is widespread in the rest of the industry. Unsold stock is usually thrown out or burned, with fashion retailers alone wasting 92 million tons of textile each year.
In contrast Made-to-Order or Print-on-demand (POD), waste mainly comes from items damaged during printing, and our manufacturers rate of damages is consistent with the industry standard. They also keep our reshipment rate low by taking all orders through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out.
ETHICALLY SOURCED BLANKS*
*Tailored T-Shirt & Muscle Tank; We source these garments from certified manufacturers in the USA. Who are certified and globally recognised by WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production); independent certifier whose mission is to promote ethical, humane, and lawful working conditions. And belong to the FLA (Fair Labour Association); whose priority is respecting human rights and maintaining high labour standards throughout their supply chain. The BLANKS* we select are subject to continuous isotope testing, which keeps the supply chain free of cotton produced under forced-labour conditions. Production abides by some of the strictest EPA regulations in the world and dying methods are Blue Sign approved; using 7x less water than the average clothing manufacturer, with a filtration system that ensures no chemicals or dyes end up in our natural water systems. Virtually Zero Waste; through optimized production techniques which ensures all excess fabric is recycled or repurposed.
DIRECT-TO-GARMENT PRINTING
Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing is more sustainable than other more outdated apparel printing methods, such as screen printing. Not only does screen printing use a lot of water and plastisol inks that don’t biodegrade, but it’s also generally used for bulk orders, which leads to overproduction. In comparison, DTG printing is more eco-friendly because items get printed only when they’re ordered, and this method can be used for single-item printing. All inks used for DTG printing are OEKO-TEX® - certified
PACKAGING
We work with manufacturers and distributers who use packaging made of post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastics. PCR plastics are made from items people recycle every day, like plastic bags and bottles. Most of our PCR plastics are made from shopping bags and wrapping films. PCR plastic packaging is used for all apparel orders shipped from there in-house facilities. The amount of PCR in the packaging differs for each fulfillment location, but it’s at least 50% for the outside (white or grey) poly mailer bags and at least 30% for the inside (clear) bags used in multi-item shipments, and gradually switching to 90%–100% PCR plastic packaging for apparel products in our in-house facilities all over North America. PCR packaging protects the products just as well as virgin plastic bags, and they look almost the same. However, choosing PCR over virgin plastics reduces the environmental impact plastic has on our planet. We know there’s still a lot left to do about our packaging footprint, and we’ll keep exploring greener options in the future.
ORDER FULFILMENT
Around 81% of our orders are delivered within the same region they’re fulfilled in. Having fulfilment centres close to our customers is good for both the business and the planet. Strategically located fulfilment centres allow for faster shipping times and lower shipping costs, and it also helps with reducing CO₂ emissions produced when transporting orders.
Products available in the same region are shipped together whenever possible. This helps our customers save money and is much better for the environment.
